Rapunzel, a spirited and imaginative teenager with 70 feet of magical, glowing golden hair, has spent her entire life locked away inside a hidden tower by Mother Gothel, her overprotective foster mother. As her eighteenth birthday approaches, Rapunzel longs to venture into the outside world to see the mysterious floating lanterns that light up the night sky every year.

Her chance arrives when Flynn Rider, the kingdom’s most wanted and charming thief, stumbles into her tower while fleeing royal guards. Rapunzel strikes a deal with Flynn to act as her guide, launching the pair into a thrilling adventure complete with a noble horse named Maximus, a loyal chameleon named Pascal, and a journey toward self-discovery and true love.
