Navigating the pressure of a prestigious academy while trying to meet his father’s high expectations, Brooklyn teenager Miles Morales is just trying to fit in. Everything changes when he is bitten by a radioactive spider, bestowing him with extraordinary abilities—including camouflage and bio-electric venom blasts—similar to Spider-Man. Before Miles can master his newfound powers, a tragic confrontation reveals a massive super-collider built by the ruthless crime lord Wilson “Kingpin” Fisk. The dangerous machine rips open the space-time continuum, pulling alternate versions of Spider-Man—including a washed-up Peter B. Parker, Spider-Gwen, Spider-Man Noir, Peni Parker, and Peter Porker—into Miles’ dimension.
