The Star

The Star offers a delightful, family-friendly retelling of the nativity story, presented entirely from the charming perspective of the animals who witnessed it. Bo is a small but courageous mill donkey who yearns for a life beyond his daily grind, dreaming of grand adventures. Breaking free from his mundane routine, he hits the road and teams up with Dave, an ambitious dove, and Ruth, a lovable sheep who lost her flock. Along their trek, the trio follows a luminous star in the night sky and inadvertently becomes the unsung guardians of Mary and Joseph during their journey to Bethlehem. Rich in heartwarming messages of hope, purpose, and faith, this heartwarming animated film blends lighthearted humor with traditional holiday warmth to celebrate the true meaning of the first Christmas.
